EVERCROSS BRIDGE TECHNOLOGY Completes Successful Acceptance of New HD200 Modular Bridge Project in Nepal

EVERCROSS BRIDGE TECHNOLOGY (SHANGHAI) CO., LTD., a leading integrated manufacturer and constructor of steel modular bridges, has achieved a new overseas milestone as one of its key TSR3 steel bridge projects in Nepal has officially passed full completion and acceptance. This successful delivery further consolidates the company’s solid market presence and strengthens its professional construction capabilities across Nepal’s infrastructure sector.

The overall project consists of two sets of HD200 TSR3 modular steel bridges, among which the first single-span bridge has been fully completed and accepted. Adopting a high-performance HD200 three-row single-layer reinforced structure, the bridge features a clear roadway width of 4.2 meters and a single span length of 51.816 meters. Engineered for heavy-load traffic scenarios, the bridge is designed with a standard load capacity of 40 tons, fully meeting the local demands for daily transportation and heavy cargo passage.
To guarantee long-term durability and superior adaptability to Nepal’s complex outdoor climatic and geological conditions, the entire bridge structure adopts full hot-dip galvanizing treatment. This sophisticated anti-corrosion process effectively resists oxidation, rust and environmental erosion, greatly extending the service life of the steel structure and reducing subsequent maintenance costs, delivering reliable and cost-effective infrastructure solutions for local transportation development.
As a key overseas layout project of EVERCROSS in Nepal, the smooth completion and acceptance of this bridge marks a significant upgrade to the company’s local engineering construction experience. During the whole project cycle, the team overcame multiple challenges including complex terrain, cross-border logistics coordination and on-site construction difficulties, strictly implementing international construction standards and project management specifications to ensure zero quality and safety hazards throughout the process.
This milestone not only fully demonstrates EVERCROSS’s outstanding comprehensive strength in modular steel bridge R&D, manufacturing and on-site construction, but also further stabilizes the company’s foothold in the Nepalese infrastructure market. Moving forward, EVERCROSS will continue to deepen its layout in South Asian overseas markets, leverage its advantages of integrated industry and trade, and deliver high-quality, durable and efficient steel bridge solutions for more regional infrastructure projects.
